Green Envy-Thing

Outfit Details: Shirt/ Jeans/ Shoes/ Cardigan/ Earrings / Purse (Similar)

Hey hey!!

This fall I'm absolutely in love with the color olive green. I have always loved this color, and am really glad to see it being a major trend this fall. We are seeing so many different versions of this pretty green. I LOVE them all.

The shirt I'm wearing is so fun for fall especially when you live somewhere when it's still 90 degrees everyday. It gives you the feel of fall, but still not a full blown sweater. Are you with me southern girls? It is also super comfortable and really girly! Which I love :). I love how the front has the cowl neck while the back is lower with wide straps! I feel like you can't really go wrong with this shirt. You could wear it to so many things. Pair it with a cute pencil skirt for a more dressy look! Also for the people who are already enjoying some beautiful fall 70 degree weather (my Chicago girls), I threw on a Sarah Cardigan (LuLaRoe) with this outfit and I can't tell you how much I love this look.

Okay ladies, I am a jeans girl. I love a great pair of blue jeans. I always have. I will tell you throughout my life time, I honestly have probably been close to trying every single name brand jean out there. (Ahh, exhausting) And I for sure have my favorites (that's a different post!), but I found this pair of adorable dark denim skinny jeans at one of my favorite boutiques. I was hesitant to try them on, but I did, and I'm so glad!! They were SOO comfortable, fit PERFECT, were a great length (always have trouble with this being tall)  and the best part, under $50.00. They fit tight, but have a ton of stretch in them. So these are 100% my new go to skinny jeans! YAY! You know thats how you feel, when you find that perfect pair of fitting jeans. You just want to yell so loud, like Mufasa showing off Simba. All of a sudden your up high on a rock with the jeans  in your hands and the 'Circle of Life' playing in the background. This can't just be me?

These shoes! They are also a slight shade of olive green. They actually go by the color name Prairie Dust. These were on my wish list for fall and I'm so glad I got them. Vince Camuto is one of my favorite brand of shoes because every single pair I have is SOO comfortable. Don't be afraid to wear all different shades of green together this fall. That's trending BIG time. This is an attractive look to which you can put your own spin and have a lot of fun with! My shirt is a different shade of green then these booties, but thats what makes this look. I've never been a fan of to matchy-matchy, so play around with this trend. It's fun.

Also, the purse in this post I found a long time ago at another favorite boutique of mine. It was in the clearance section for 10.00. ( I heart shopping this way). I saw it and knew it could be a statement piece and could go with so many things. I mean even just pairing it with blue jeans, it still works! I have linked a similar purse, with eye catching bead work in my outfit details.

Lastly, these earrings are AMAZING. Tassels and pink earrings? Yes, please! Pink and green is one of my absolute favorite color combos. Plus put some bright pink lipstick on with the earrings and it makes them pop even more. These earrings can make your outfit completely.

Thanks for stopping by! It's been a crazy couple of weeks over here. We flew back to Chicago for a family reunion, got my son baptized, and my daughter started pre-school (she has never been to school) all in the last week. Mom's, my goodness dropping your child (first child) at pre-school. Thankfully the teachers had kleenex and chocolates waiting for all the moms. I can't even imagine the feeling of dropping them off at kindergarten!! Ahh! I will need a whole box. Time goes so fast it's so hard to even believe.

Hope everyone has a great weekend!!
